🕯️ Sunday Stillness | Sound Bath 🌿

🌾As the Earth settles into her season of stillness, we too are called to slow our pace and turn inward. As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, nature invites us to slow our pace and listen more deeply. To hear the wisdom of our spirit as it gently asks for what it needs in this seasonal shift.

This is the season of returning inward. Of resting, reflecting, and softening into stillness. And Sunday evening is about coming home to your body’s wisdom and trusting that rest is sacred medicine. Let each sound from the crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes be a gentle reminder to release the rush, to loosen the grip of doing, and to simply be.

Cost is $20.
Yoga mats, meditation cushions and blankets are provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
Spaces are limited, you must RSVP by selecting “Going” on the event or DM’ing me to hold your space.
